On June 18, Xu Anpeng, Chief Technical Officer of Fulltime Robotics, was invited to attend the "Construction Robot Exchange Conference" hosted by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) of Hong Kong. Targeting whole-house intelligent construction, the P320 Max is specially designed for indoor coating construction scenarios under 3.2 meters in height, widely applicable to various spaces such as residences, apartments, and hotels. It comprehensively covers complex construction scenarios like walls, ceilings, corners, bay windows, and corridors, enabling whole-house automated putty and latex paint spraying construction.
Whole-House Construction Capability
Relying on the deep integration of a 6-axis high-precision robotic arm and intelligent algorithms, combined with the global perception capability of a 360-degree high-precision laser radar and the flexible steering characteristics of a four-wheel drive omnidirectional wheel chassis, the P320 Max constructs an accurate environmental perception and intelligent decision-making system. Facing non-standard environments with special-shaped layouts and complex obstacles, it achieves centimeter-level error in autonomous space transfer and efficient obstacle avoidance, boosting latex paint spraying efficiency to over 250 m²/hour (2x higher than manual handheld spray guns) and putty spraying efficiency to 600-800 m²/day (6-8x higher than manual work), with 3x improvement in per capita efficiency. This significantly shortens the construction period and reduces labor costs.
Intelligent Construction Process
The P320 Max supports one-click import of CAD drawings and BIM models. Using advanced algorithms, it efficiently completes whole-house mapping and operation path planning, highly adapting to batch whole-house automated construction needs. This reduces manual surveying and path planning time, driving intelligent construction from single-point operations to systematic, large-scale implementation.
Multi-Machine Collaboration & Long Endurance
Through Fulltime's self-developed multi-machine collaboration platform CMS system, construction personnel can operate multiple spraying robots simultaneously, real-time monitoring key data such as robot location, material usage, and work efficiency to enhance overall team productivity. The P320 Max features a 50L large-capacity material box (single bucket covers 600 m²), 8-hour ultra-long battery life, and automatic backflow cleaning during construction, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted operation to ensure project efficiency.
During the interactive session, Xu Anpeng engaged in in-depth discussions with multiple suppliers focused on automatic painting technologies, exploring the broad application of automation in construction processes and the future potential of smart construction.
