On the morning of March 14, a delegation of six people, including the Director of the Construction and R&D Department of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) in Singapore, visited the construction site of the FulltimeSpraying Robot project in Bishan, Singapore. Li Zike, the founder and CEO of FulltimeRobotics, accompanied and received them.

Independently developed by FulltimeRobotics, the spraying robot specifically researched, developed and adapted for the local special putty materials in Singapore was delivered in October 2023 and was first used in the BISHAN RIDGES project in Singapore. Traditional putty construction has low efficiency, high quality requirements, high construction costs and high labor costs. However, when it comes to putty spraying construction by the spraying robot, the construction amount of one robot in one day is 4 to 5 times that of manual labor, which has greatly improved the construction efficiency.

Facing the persistently high labor costs and the heavy reliance on foreign laborers, Singapore hopes to address the current issues by replacing manual labor with robots. Moreover, putty construction is a crucial but labor-intensive and time-consuming part of the decoration and finishing process, and this problem has remained unsolved. As the first company to develop robots for putty construction, FulltimeRobotics has always been highly regarded by the relevant departments of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) in Singapore, which has also provided the company with assistance and support. During this research investigation, the construction quality and efficiency of the robots were vividly demonstrated, winning unanimous praise.

Meanwhile, Li Zike, the CEO of FulltimeRobotics, reported to the HDB leaders on the company's existing R & D achievements, the next - step R & D plan, and upcoming work tasks. Regarding the upcoming construction plan for using robots in the Bishan project's parking lot, he gave a detailed introduction to the workgroup proficient in robot construction methods and the construction content of human - robot collaboration.

At present, the company has established a special R&D team in Singapore. It responds promptly to local demands and conducts development work accordingly. So far, it has successfully launched two models of robots: one for putty painting construction in residential buildings with a working height of 3.2 meters, and the other for putty painting construction in parking lots and office buildings with a working height of 4.6 meters.
